Metroplex Management Company has a specific service area in the north part of Tarrant County. All our properties are located within about a 15-20 minute drive of our office. This allows us to be close enough to the houses we manage to conduct regular drive by inspections, at least twice a month. It also enables us to be an expert in the area we service, providing the property owner the comfort of knowing we are well educated in our target market.

Property Management Only

Metroplex Management Company only does property management. Most other management companies are real estate brokerages conducting property management as a secondary source of business. Our agents are focused only on leasing properties, which means we work diligently every day to provide the service we are hired to do.

After Hours Emergency Phone Number

Metroplex Management Company has a professional after hours emergency service company to handle calls when our office is closed. They are provided criteria for each property so all calls are handled to our specifications. This company is available to our tenants twenty-four hours a day seven days a week.

Credit Reporting

Metroplex Management Company is an approved partner with Experian Credit Reporting Agency. This allows us to report all rent payments, thus providing tenants who pay on time the opportunity to improve their credit Scores. By providing this service we attract more responsible tenants, which is an advantage for the property owner.


Metroplex Management Company is a member of NARPM, the National Association of Residential Property Managers. Through this membership we are provided additional education pertaining to tenant-landlord laws and upcoming legislation affecting landlords and tenants.
