Steve Schuster
Owner / Property Manager
I received my real estate license in 1979. The week my license came in the mail was the same week that the "Prime Interest Rate" hit 21%. Real estate sales were very slow that year, due to the high mortgage rates, but I persevered, listed and sold homes, and learned a lot from my broker at Century 21.
I left Century 21 in 1980 and went to work for one of the largest real estate offices in Southern California. I worked my way up to Vice President of Operations in a short period of time. I was responsible for overseeing the property management of our 300+ inventory of homes. I received my Broker's license in 1982.
In 1985 I went to work for a large HOA management company, and we managed about 25,000 units over a 13 county area. I started Metroplex Management Company on May 4, 1987 and have never looked back. I love property management and helping people. My hobbies include salmon fishing, motorcycle riding, and spending time with my wife, four children and three grandkids.

Suzanne Schuster
Property Manager
Suzanne’s career began as an interpreter for the deaf and as an employment consultant for people with disabilities. She then moved into the field of sales and marketing for people with disabilities, assisting them with vehicle and home modifications. She spent ten years working in this field before changing course to work in property management.
She transitioned to Metroplex Management in 2006, working as the maintenance supervisor. After obtaining her real estate license in 2008, she started as a leasing agent working with prospective tenants to assist them in finding a home. During this same time she also began to work with home owners and investors to grow the company portfolio.
Currently, Suzanne serves us as an Office Manager and in providing support for other members of the team. She works on writing and updating company manuals and procedures, assisting with the monthly statements, and conflict resolution. She has lived in Ft. Worth for over 44 years and possesses a thorough knowledge and love of the city and surrounding area. She is passionate about her grandchildren, the Dallas Cowboys and working in her yard.

Alyssa Farnum
Leasing Agent and Property Manager
Alyssa is a native of Fort Worth, and she has been an indispensable member of the Metroplex Management team since 2006. Alyssa is a licensed real estate agent and she works in a leasing and management capacity in our offices. As part of her regular responsibilities Alyssa manages tenant ledgers, rent collection, lease renewals, showing vacant properties to potential residents, and every aspect of the leasing process. When she is not working, Alyssa enjoys spending her free time with her family.

Mara Bosley
Maintenance Supervisor
Born and raised in Fort Worth, Mara has worked at Metroplex Management since 2007. She coordinates our maintenance activities, maintaining communication with owners, vendors, and tenants to resolve any maintenance concerns and preparing new properties for rental. She enjoys the challenge and variation in her work, where attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving are all a part of the daily routine. When not at work, she mostly spends time with family, listens to music, and writes.
